How Are You Spending Your Rest Day? (DAY 7)
Day 7 – Rest Day
Good morning! How is everyone feeling? As we bring this first week to a close, take a moment to do a “check-up”. As you do so, spend time thinking about the T.R.A.I.L. acronym.
What was the hardest part of this week for you? How is your body feeling? How are your thoughts? What goals do you have this week that you’d like to tackle? How can remembering to stay on the “TRAIL” help you to continue this journey with joy?
We worked hard for Week 1 so giving yourself a chance to rest and decompress will help you focus for this upcoming week. With that being said, make sure you still take time be active today whether that’s hitting 10,000 steps or stretching (https://youtu.be/eYs1Xq6xtTg).
Be mindful of all that you learned and meditate on the verses we covered this week.
